We contact our members via e-mail when we are hosting an event. The message contains a link to an RSVP form. The member completes the form and we send the address and arrival time.

A few things to know about our events are listed below:

  • We host on the third or fourth weekend of each month
  • We host events on Friday or Saturday
  • Our start time is 8 PM
  • We only host in our private residence
  • We can accommodate approximately 15 members per event
  • Any ’no shows’ will lose their membership privileges and be removed from the list

A few things we ask of our members are listed below:

  • Please do not attend if you have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or monkeypox
  • Please do not attend if you feel ill or “under the weather”
  • Please do not attend if you have a fever or have a rash/sores
  • Please let us know if you have to cancel for any reason
  • Please arrive on-time
  • Please read and respect the group’s rules
  • Please check our site’s updates page for current information about the group and any changes
